Photobooth T&C’s

With a photographer.

We will need an area 12 ft wide and 7 ft high for a plain white back drop with electrical access for continuous and flash lighting. All images will be edited, put on to a memory stick and sent to you within 2 weeks after the event. We are able to supply some backdrops of varying themes, however this would need to be discussed during the booking process. Extra backdrops can be purchased but there will be an extra charge.

• All set up and pack down is not included in the time you have paid for.  We will require 1hr either side of the boked time to enable set up and pack down.
• Props can be included as part of the photobooth. But these belong to us so once used in the photo booth please leave with the photobooth.
• A smaller back drop can be requested but we find that if you have groups of people in the booth you will see the edges of the back drop in the image.
• We welcome if you have props or a backdrop of your own you want to use just let us know so we can ensure they are left separately at the end of the booking for you.

The cost per hour is £75 with a £50 non-refundable deposit by bank transfer on day of booking, followed by final payment in full 7 days before event unless otherwise discussed.

On booking we need the following information provided:    

Your name

Your email and phone number

Venue address

Duration and times we are needed

If you want props/ or an additional photo backdrop/ or smaller backdrop

£50 non refundable deposit made by bank transfer to confirm booking

The booking is only confirmed when the deposit is paid.

We can also offer a photobooth without a photographer and we use a tablet that is operated by anyone using the photobooth and it takes 3 images and puts them in to a previously designed photo montage and it can be emailed straight from the tablet to anyone in the photo, also all the images are saved and put on to memory stick and sent to whom ever made the booking.

Details are same as above and the price is the same as there will be one of us there to help with the operation of the tablet when needed.
